Welcome to the Google Add-on UTM Builder ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service provided by Mirlan Dzhumagulov ("Provider," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service enables users to generate and manage UTM parameters for tracking marketing campaigns directly within Google Sheets. The tool automates the creation of UTM-tagged URLs to ensure consistent and accurate analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you input.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
• You must not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Data Collection and Usage

The Service may collect the following types of data:

• User inputs, such as URLs and UTM parameters, solely to facilitate the generation of tracking links. These inputs are processed within your active Google Sheet and are not stored or shared.
• Anonymous usage data, such as app launch events and link generation actions, may be collected through Google Analytics to improve the functionality and performance of the Service. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
• Users may opt out of anonymous analytics tracking via the settings within the Service interface.

We do not store, sell, or share any data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Google Integration

The Service operates within Google Sheets and may require permissions to function properly. By granting permissions, you allow the Service to access relevant data solely for the purpose of generating UTM-tracked URLs.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as-is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or damages resulting from the use of the Service.
